Managed Care Options, Inc. will improve your outcomes, and control costs by providing On-Site Case Management on behalf of your clients within the Managed Care Agreement.

All of our Case Managers will contact the injured worker within 24 hours after receiving the file. We will also accommodate an immediate evaluation of an injured worker in person or by telephone, and catastrophic cases are given immediate attention.

Reports are provided to you after the Physician appointments. Our Reports are emailed to you, making it easier for adjustors or other nurse case managers to place in their systems. Our case managers will gain authorization from the file supervisors as well as the Utilization Management Department. For more information about our services see About Us.
